Holistic therapy for individuals and couples looking for support through the transitions of life
Hello! I’m Soleil, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate based in Seattle, WA. I see clients in person on Friday’s in Queen Anne. I bring a warm, grounded, and authentic presence to my work. I support individuals and couples who are feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or stuck, as well as those navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, panic, perfectionism, sex and intimacy concerns, and major life transitions.
In our work together, I draw from attachment theory, somatic therapy, and an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens to support insight, regulation, and meaningful change.
Clients who tend to thrive in therapy with me are curious and motivated. They’re open to challenging old patterns that are no longer serving them. They also value the healing power of laughter. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, with a strong focus on supporting the nervous system and helping you feel more grounded, connected, and resilient.
I feel honored to sit with you as we explore what it means to be human. I aim to create a space that feels safe and supportive, where connection is possible and your own healing wisdom can emerge.
I am glad you are here.
Maybe you are here because you are feeling overwhelmed by the weight of the world. You might be noticing it’s difficult to catch a full breath, or you might be feeling a general sense of heaviness in your body. Burnout can show up in our work life, but it can also look like not wanting to connect with your partner in ways that used to feel good. It can feel like no matter what you do, it is never enough. For those born with womb’s, it might present as painful, and debilitating PMS. However you are showing up, I am here to support you and empower you in finding restoration and healing .
I believe the body plays a central role in healing. In therapy, this often looks like slowing down, noticing, and creating space for what wants to shift. This kind of gentle attunement supports nervous system regulation, helps release what’s been holding you back, and creates room for new insight and connection. My approach is shaped by my lived experience as a sensitive person and by paying close attention to how healing unfolds through both body and mind.
I bring a lived understanding of perfectionism, burnout, and anxiety into our space together. I’m especially attuned to how these experiences show up in relational and systemic patterns, not just in our thoughts.
I’m not a blank-slate therapist. I show up present and engaged in the way that I bring care, curiosity, and respect for your experience. Whether working with individuals or couples, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to show up authentically, build awareness, and find healing.
When I’m not sitting with clients, you’ll find me in the forest, in the ocean, playing with my puppy, making things with my hands, or spending time with people I love. I balance all of that by watching sh*tty TV and getting very excited about hobbies I fully intend to start someday.

In Rhythm Group
In Rhythm is designed for women who appear to function well on the outside while feeling exhausted, anxious, or out of sync internally. You may be navigating PMS, PMDD, PCOS, or Endometriosis, questioning hormonal birth control, or simply feeling curious about your cycle and how it shapes your energy, mood, and relationships.
This group offers a space to build community around women’s health, explore how hormonal shifts impact mood, energy, and relationships, and reconnect with cyclical rhythms in a culture that values constant output.
Through body awareness and shared reflection, we slow down, notice patterns, and cultivate more sustainable ways of being.

I work as an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. If requested, I can provide a superbill (receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Coverage for therapy varies by insurance plan. Many plans do not reimburse for relationship or family therapy, though some may offer coverage for individual therapy when there is a diagnosed mental health condition. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to review your out-of-network mental health benefits and to confirm whether they reimburse services provided by an LMFTA.
