Hormone-Aware Therapy

Reproductive system Informed Care.

Hormonal shifts affect how we feel, relate, and live in our bodies. My work is grounded in evidence while honoring intuition and lived experience. I support you in building a more supportive, attuned relationship with your body over time.

For those who move quickly and feel deeply. This the space invites a return to the body's rhythms, and offers a pathway towards healing the mind, body & spirit.

This work is for people living with PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, PCOS, pelvic pain, chronic pain, infertility, or a general sense that their body is always working against them. These symptoms aren’t random. They’re information. The body is always communicating, especially when it’s been pushed past its limits.

Many of the folks who find their way here are high-functioning, capable, and deeply sensitive. They’ve learned how to succeed by pushing through, staying productive, and relying on sheer determination, often at the expense of their bodies. I know this pattern well. Living this way works for a while, until it doesn’t.

Together we work to create a different relationship with the body. Instead of overriding symptoms or forcing yourself to perform the same way every day, you can learned to listen to the natural rhythms of your body. Over time, this creates more stability, less reactivity, and a sense of partnership with the body rather than constant friction.

This work is about restoring balance between doing and being, effort and rest, structure and softness. When the cycle is honored, the nervous system settles, the body finds more homeostasis, and life starts to feel more sustainable. You don’t have to drag your body through life anymore. You get to move with it.
